The possibilities of AR and AI are endless - and we're already harnessing their technological power today. **~ Version française à suivre ~**: **About the role**: Join our team as a UX Designer in a specialized role to design and enhance the UX of our construction estimating product. You'll play a crucial role in designing and enhancing the user experience of our product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, streamline workflows, and create intuitive interfaces that optimize efficiency and maintain data accuracy. With your proficiency in user research, wireframing, and data visualization, you'll steer the delivery of a high-quality, user-centered "Estimating" solution. **What you'll do**: - **User Research**: Collaborate with the POs and conduct interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to understand the estimators' needs and pain points. - **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Iterate on wireframes & prototypes to help visualize user flows, data input/output, and the Estimator's functionality. - **User Interface Design**: Create usable interfaces that enhance the utility of the "Estimating" tool, and scale with our growing data visualization and interaction needs. - **Workflow Optimization**: Analyze and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction levels within the "estimating" workflow. - **Data Visualization**: Visualize complex estimating data in a clear and understandable manner. - **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather valuable user feedback. - **Collaboration and Communication**: Align the stakeholders, product managers, and developers on the user and business throughout the design process. **About You**: - Have 3+ years experience in UX design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. - Experience in user research, wireframing, and data visualization. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams. - **Bonus**: Knowledge of estimating processes in relevant industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, finance, health care, etc.) is a plus. **Why us?**: You will enjoy our company culture if you: - View technology as a tool to improve people's lives. - Enjoy meeting and working with people located all across the globe. - Seek an environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
