Our **Interiors Business Group** is looking for a** BG Operations Controlling Manager** to be based in **Nanterre, France**
The **BG Operations Controlling Manager** is responsible for leading and managing the Operations controlling function for Forvia Interiors' business group. This is a senior-level position that requires extensive knowledge of finance, operations, and supply chain management, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
**Key missions**:
- Lead and manage the operations controlling function for Forvia Interiors' business group, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Partner with the business group leadership team to drive strategic and operational initiatives that support business growth and profitability, while managing risk and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance, including supply chain, production, engineering, quality, and sales functions
- Develop and implement financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track and report business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the business group budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial plans and reports
- Provide financial leadership and support for new business development initiatives, including bid preparation, feasibility studies, and capital investment proposals
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence
**He/she will have/be**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or operations controlling, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable insights
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Experience with ERP systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Tableau)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management, production operations, and quality systems is a plus
