Coordination of all customer visits in Octeville, from preparation of the visit until the end. Supports the sales force to manage customer visits.

**Your Mission**:

- Customer visit organization on site. (visa procedures, meeting room, gifts stock and orders, restaurant, Hotel booking, plant tour organization).
- Internal meetings’ organization. (Individual EVP’s meetings with respective Teams, Group events / conferences organization on site).
- GLT meetings’ organization (Liaise with EVP’s respective assistants, room set up and specific requirements, hotel, activities and restaurant booking).
- Hostess back up (Customer/ events related usual tasks, in and outcoming phone call handling).

**Your Profile**:

- English language
- Autonomy, decision making, reactiveness
- Rigourous, organized
- Full time availability
- IT Tools good management and knowledge (microsoft office, CEP,...)
- Good knowledge of visa procedures (ex. invitation letters)
- Good knowledge of sidel frontline contacts and customer base
