CIPEM-IHM is a factory specialising in the manufacture of flexible keyboards, front panels and technical labels belonging to the ICAPE group.

With its team of 12 employees, the factory is dynamic and constantly developing.

As such, we are looking for a work-study **QLIO Apprenticeship (F/M)**, for a 1 or 2 year apprenticeship contract.

Reporting to the factory's Quality Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using a methodical approach, proposing and deploying solutions that contribute to the continuous improvement of the site (reduction of overruns, rejects, rework, definition of/compliance with manufacturing timesheets, optimisation of production costs and organisation).
- Participate in the quality supervision of the workshop by monitoring indicators, analysing internal and external incidents and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Reviewing quality manual documents in line with ISO 9001, requiring them to be updated when their individual usefulness is no longer relevant. Contribute to the implementation of a sustainable quality culture through training and internal audits.

**PROFILE**
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standard.
- Good command of Pack Office
- Basic level in **English **is required (written and oral)
- Fluency in **French **is required (written and oral)
- You are rigorous, autonomous with a team spirit
- YYou have the ability to synthesize and analyze
