To deliver that mission and strengthen our Fitting & Education efforts, we offer you a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Titleist team as our next Golf Ball Fitting & Education Leader for the Mainland Europe Region.

**OBJECTIVES**

The Golf Ball Fitting & Education Leader will Own, Develop and Execute the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting & Education strategy at every level of our network throughout the region. Being supported to implement your missions with our Ball & Club Fitting Specialist Team (~12 associates), you will develop and plan the activity to reach all our key stakeholders (Retail partners, Golfers, Medias, Pros, Team Titleist etc..) delivering them, tailored and best-in-class Golf Ball Fitting & Education experiences.

**MISSIONS**

As a Titleist Golf Ball Fitting & Education Leader, you will report directly to the Titleist Senior Marketing Manager for the Mainland Europe Region and work closely with our Fitting, Sales, Marketing teams and other third parties, both locally and internationally. You will be the goalkeeper for the implementation of the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting & Education objectives in the whole Mainland Europe region and you will be challenged on the below missions:
**FITTING**
- Develop and Execute a Golf Ball Fitting « Good / Better / Best » strategic approach and scale it appropriately depending on the country / local resource / market dynamic to ensure consumers and key partners understand the benefits of playing the #1 Ball in Golf.
- Partner with the Club Fitting & Education Manager to make the best use of the Fitting Specialist Team and be the goalkeeper of their time spent on that matter.
- Attend and conduct Golf Ball Fitting at selected on-site (fitting days, large scale events such as Golf Consumer Fairs, DP World Tour events, Team Titleist events, meetings, etc ) & on-line events (ball consultations program, webinars, etc ) for Golfers, Retail Partners, POI (Pyramid of Influence) and Ambassadors, Medias, Team Titleist.
- Lead the implementation and usage of the Titleist Golf Ball Fitting App at retail and ensure our Golf Ball Fitting philosophy and messaging are well-merchandised in golf shops.
- Compile regular, detailed reports to Management providing Golf Ball Fitting activity overview and analysis.
- Manage our Ball Fitting resources with the support of the Marketing team team (Samples / White-Boxes / Merchandising / Com° tools )

**EDUCATION**
- Develop and implement a Golf Ball Training & Education strategy with each tier our Titleist network, ensuring Partners, Ambassadors and Golfers understand, but also, can explain the benefits of playing the #1 Ball in Golf.
- Develop the use of our online certification and training program (Titleist University) with key identified groups of partners (ie : fitters, ambassadors, PGA Professionnals, non-golfers pro-shop associates, etc )

Attend and conduct Educational events at selected on-site & on-line events for Golfers, Retail Partners, POI (Pyramid of Influence) and Ambassadors, Medias, Team Titleist - Lead, implement and execute the Golf Ball trainings with our Sales / Fitting / Marketing / Customer Service teams and ensure up-to-date knowledges of our Internal associates.
- Compile regular, detailed reports to Management providing Golf Ball Education activity overview and analysis.
- Manage tools and budget to develop our Golf Ball Education initiatives throughout the region

**YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE TO JOIN US IF...**
- You already have gained significant experiences in the Golf industry as a Fitter, Sales or Marketing associate
- You have the desire to lead and strategically develop our Golf Ball business and a strong appetite to create.
- You have very good knowledge of English spoken and written and speak at least a 2nd language (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian). Speaking in front of a group is not an issue for you.
- You are well-organized, have excellent presenting and communication skills.
- You are experienced handling the Microsoft Office package.
- You play golf and follow the international golf scene.
