You will join the 15-person Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team as a middle office sales manager.

In this team, we work on the implementation and follow-up of complex LBO financing transactions originated by the ASF front office of the large client bank for the benefit of major French and international companies. The sale of LBO receivables in the primary and secondary markets is one of the key components.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

- Manage and set up the purchases/sales of debt initiated by investment funds via the ClearPar and ETS tools;
- Check and follow the white list of investors authorised by the credit agreement;
- Manage databases and ensure data quality;
- Anticipate and manage LBO financing events, including importing data into ETS and tracking transfer fee payments.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a degree in finance or IT, you have proven experience in corporate or market finance.

You are proficient:

- Corporate and market finance;
- Common office tools, especially Excel;
- VBA and you have programming knowledge;
- Processing large databases.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Good synthesis;
- Able to quickly build up skills on internal and external tools;
- Rigorous and detail-oriented;
- Proactive, capable of working in a demanding and solution-oriented environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
