**Job Description**:
As a game engine programmer, you will be in charge of the development and maintenance of low-level systems as well as the overall architecture used by the game development teams.
You will work on several platforms in various fields (entities/components/systems, online replication, LOD, optimizations, memory management, loading, etc.).

Main missions:

- Analyze the needs of game teams to define and implement major engine systems that need to be developed or improved;
- Maintain and optimize CPU performance, memory and load times across platforms;
- Create and maintain engine core consistency, API clarity and consistent module separation;
- Diagnose and repair the most complex bugs, and create systems to assist in debugging;
- Document work to transfer knowledge and allow users to understand how new systems work;
- Analyze innovations and features of other engines to decide on interesting technology shares;

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of higher education, computer science specialty or software engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of C++ programming experience in the video game industry as a gameplay or engine programmer;
- Knowledge of how game engines work (such as Unity, Unreal, etc.), C++ programming and cross-platform debugging;
- Excellent performance sensitivity (algorithmic optimizations and low level);
- Good understanding of software development processes and software engineering principles, e.g. OOP, DOP, etc.
- Team spirit, flexibility and initiative.
- Ideally: be comfortable within a very large code base;
- Ideally: experience developing an update to an already released game.
