You join the Credit Portfolio and Resource Management (CPRM) team as Manager of Acquisition and Sponsor Finance (ASF) portfolio management.

On a day-to-day basis, you are responsible for:

- Proactively manage the portfolio from a risk and profitability perspective, including through secondary divestments;
- Develop a consolidated view across the global ASF portfolio, conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and manage global processes, limits and proactive management actions for the ASF portfolio;
- Contribute to budget/sales reviews and audit requests.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us
You have at least 10 years of experience in credit, banking, origination and/or portfolio management.

You are familiar with:

- LBO and acquisition financing operations;
- Financial analysis and cash flow modelling.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Rigorous and reliable;
- Recognized as a leader and you foster cooperation with other teams (Origination, Syndication, Loan Trading, CPRM, Risk, etc.);
- Analytical and synthetic mind;
- Comfortable speaking and writing in French and English.

You master English with a C2 level.
