**Projet**:
Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour diriger le projet de mise à niveau SAP S/4HANA de notre client, passant de la version 2020 à la version 2023. Ce projet couvrira toutes les étapes, de la planification à la mise en ?uvre, ainsi que le support post-démarrage. Une expertise en SAP ABAP sera également requise pour garantir une intégration fluide et la gestion des développements spécifiques au sein du projet.
**Missions principales**:
Gérer et piloter l'ensemble du projet de mise à niveau SAP, de la planification à la mise en production.
Élaborer et maintenir le plan projet, le calendrier, et le budget.
**Coordonner avec différents acteurs**: équipes internes (métier et IT), partenaires externes et consultants.
Identifier et atténuer les risques et problèmes liés au projet.
Garantir le respect des meilleures pratiques et des méthodologies SAP tout au long du processus.
Gérer efficacement les ressources et les membres de l'équipe projet.
Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement à la direction et aux parties prenantes, y compris la gestion des comités de pilotage et la préparation des présentations associées.
Superviser les activités de tests, migration de données et basculement.
Assurer une perturbation mínimale des opérations métier pendant la mise à niveau.
Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets SAP, et une expertise en SAP ABAP et/ou SAP Basis. Vous avez déjà géré avec succès un projet de mise à niveau SAP S/4HANA et maîtrisez les modules SAP ainsi que leurs points d'intégration, avec des connaissances en SAP TM en plus, un atout. Vous connaissez parfaitement les méthodologies et meilleures pratiques SAP. Vous faites preuve de solides compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes. La certification SAP est un plus. Vous êtes fluent en anglais et en français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et possédez des capacités d'écoute et de gestion des parties prenantes avec efficacité.
