**What are we looking for?**
With clients all over the world, legal activities have become strategic in our business: from standards contracts management activities to personal data compliance, the digital environment (web content, social media ) offers a great playground for legal challenges.
Today, Digimind is looking for a legal intern. This role will help Digimind manage legal questions.
**What are your key responsibilities?**
- Manage contracts and legal discussions with our Prospects, Customers, Partners & Suppliers,
- Maintain all the legal documentation in English and French, from our Terms & Contracts to our compliance documents.
- Ensure a high-quality internal organization, accessibility, and archiving of our legal documents,
- Update our processes and actions regarding personal data protection and GDPR compliance,
- Support all legal aspects of Digimind activities, such as finance, human resources, clients, providers, or intellectual property, among others,
- Maintain great collaboration & alignment with other client success stakeholders in the company.
**What are our requirements?**
- Master 2 in Legal,
- Subject matter expertise in contracts management & personal data management,
- Experienced in French law is a minimum. Other expertise from other countries is a plus,
- Bilingual French & English,
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic,
- Creative, resourceful, and out-of-the-box thinker.
