**Team**

The Marketing team at LumApps is an international group spanning North America, EMEA, and JAPAC, dedicated to enhancing LumApps' brand visibility, engaging prospects, and driving customer acquisition. We are looking for a Growth Outbound Manger to join our team.

**Missions**

**Outbound Lead Generation Strategy & Execution**:

- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and management of outbound campaigns, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with an agency to challenge them and internalize the knowledge overtime.
- Test & Learn on launching new countries, products, content to always optimize the reach (A/B testing) with a major focus in the US.
- Performance & analytics : track the performance of our campaigns, of the SDRs with outbound leads & own dashboards, KPIs and reporting.
- Regularly analyze performance and pipeline metrics to optimize strategies.

**Ownership of the Lead Machine**:

- Work with our growth engineer to continuously improve our scraping machine to get better results in terms of scraped data, automation, database management.
- Identify new signals (intents or other) and find way to extract them at scale.
- Utilize new technology while maintaining accurate and detailed information within the existing CRM (Salesforce).

**Collaboration with SDRs & marketing teams**:

- Work closely with our US and EMEA SDRs Teams to maximize efficiency (weekly meetings, content feedbacks, test triggers for them, alignment of goal/objectives).
- Work with and support our marketing teams (Partner & Events) to streamline their processes: promoting events, ABM initiatives, list creation, and enhancing marketing messages.

**Outbound enablement**:

- Be owner of best practices & documentation for outbound methods related to LumApps (SaaS b2b enterprise).
- Be the reference for outbound in the company.
- Train Sales, AE, SDRs on a quarterly basis.

**Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficiency in data scraping, data analysis, data cleaning, data enrichment, lead scoring, and copywriting
- Experience using Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar technologies
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or large enterprise environments is preferred, but not required.
