**Position**:
Reporting directly into the Shoes Director, this position is key in the implementation of the Shoes Strategy to allow the forecasted growth for the category. This role has a global scope and involves a constant interface with PD, designers, Regional teams, E-Commerce and marketing departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Weekly Sales analysis and reporting in partnership with Retail Merchandiser
- Seasonal range Plan brief according to product strategy, to share with PD and Design, ensuring commercial opportunities are well balanced with brand equity and positioning
- Collaborate with Retail merchandising for communication with Regions on all product related topics
- Benchmarking activities, on and offline
- Strong link with VM to best translate collection into showroom and store environment, for a seamless presentation of newness and carry over products
- Collaborate with Shoes Director to develop and implement plans and strategies to grow sales and improve market share in all Regions, in line with Brand Strategy
- Collaborate with Shoes Director in pre-pricing and pricing activities by building ad hoc tools, to ensure correct pricing positioning and margin monitoring
- Create strong tools to allow impactful collection presentations to management and to Markets during Key meetings, highlighting key product strategy and pushes
- Clear point of view on Collection structure and strong Collection Assortment skills to maximise brand equity and efficiency, respecting key seasonal design product push
- Strong partnership with Retail Merchandising, Regional buyers and sales teams (wholesale and O&O E-Commerce), to gather important qualitative and quantitative feedback on a regular basis
- Collaborate in managing and maintaining a clear calendar, autonomously managing deliverables to ensure key deadlines are communicated to the involved stakeholders and met
- Partner with Photography studio for seasonal shootings to plan and support sell in tools
- Familiar with PLM / PIM systems
- Support Shoes Director in monitoring KPIs evolution (sell in and sell out based) through creation of ad hoc overviews
- Additional activities related to the Collection management, in order to meet the ongoing needs of a growing organization.

**Profile**:

- BA degree
- **Must have 2/3 years min experience in shoes Collection Merchandising and knowledge of shoes product - women’s shoes knowledge is required**:

- Understanding of regional product requirements and ability to translate the needs into the collection assortment, whilst keeping collection efficiency
- Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills (managing capsules, fast track collection, new product categories or other initiatives)
- Precision and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills (work on tight agenda and set deadlines) and able to reprioritize activities in agile way in accordance with manager inputs
- High level of analytical skills and ability to drive effective conclusions/actions from data analysis
- Able to handle pressure while working on multiple tasks, providing high quality work results
- Natural team player, embracing team mentality and collaboration
- Proactive attitude and fast learner
- Flexible and agile mindset, good at dealing with ambiguity
- Computer and digital tools literate - Excellent skills in using MS office programs, with particular focus on MS Excel and Power Point
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Ability to travel as required by business
