***The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. MW&CSN department is inside Mobile Network entity and is providing point to point access equipments all over the world. The RF team is collaborating with different teams (HW digital, HW Integration, SW/FW teams, TPM, PLM, System&Architecture) and is in charge of the design of all the RF boards.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Develop RF hardware boards from conception to testing
- Follow development process (V cycle).
- Cover the following aspects: system architecture, writing specifications (design, tests), perform simulations, interface with mechanical team, design of electronic cards, define power distribution and consumption.
- Observe environment standards (electro-magnetic, staff safety, recycling, forbidden substances, etc

**Your skills and experience**

TECHNICAL SKILLs:

- Knowledge of main RF components (modulator, demodulators, filters, couplers, PA, LNA...)
- Knowledge in simulation tools for RF design (ADS, CST, HFSS )
- Design of RF boards (from a few GHz to D band) with knowledge of the process
- Knowledge of CAD tools (Mentor, Cadence ) to define schematics and to follow-up layout

It would be nice if you also had:

- Knowledge in signal integrity and RF layout
- Knowledge in digital communications (theory of information coding and modulation )

RELATIONSHIP SKILLS:

- Excellent team spirit and will to share knowledge
- Feel accountable on the overall development of the product
- Curiosity in order to enlarge the knowledge and discover new domains of activity
- Be creative and give new ideas to improve the process development or quality of products Conceptual skills
- Good capacity for analysing source of issues and lead investigations to find a solution
