**ACTIVITIES**
Job description:
Sourcing and identify technical needs for site activities

Prepare bidder lists

Call for tender preparations

Issuance of the Calls For Tender (CFT) and follow up

Short list, technical and commercial / contractual clarifications

Final bid tabulation and preparation of the recommendations to award (RTA)

Review and preparation of the final contractual package for signature by both Parties

Preparation of the SAP POs and issuance to the awarded bidder

Fill up and update the POs register

Expediting and follow up of the equipment deliveries / services / works on site

Follow up of the invoicing process and interface with COMPANY accounting department

Manage amendments and additional scope of supply / services / works

Reporting of site procurement activities to COMPANY management

Store the contracts and procurement documents in the specific and dedicated area of the project sharepoint

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in international industrial project procurement,

+ Ability to work in a cross functional environment.

+ Good negotiation skills.

+ Discipline, curiosity, methodology and organizational skills.

+ Good listening, communication, leadership and anticipation skills.

+ Fluent in French and English.

+ Possession of a Driver license (permis B)
