**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Job Purpose**

Support AXA IM global HR team in topics related to HRIS landscape + HR Analytics + HRIS project(s)

**Key Accountabilities**

HRIS support
- Support HR team in their daily use of our HR Information system landscape.
- Support HR team in Learning, Performance & Talent campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide and facilitate customized change management materials and sessions all along the year (training & awareness session, communication, support, etc.) to boost our HR community management.
- Contribute to technical support of our current overall HRIS (interface monitoring, access management, technical support team with IAM / 360 / AXA GO) + provide business coordination with HR stakeholders to update our business process documentation.
- Support the implementation of business processes to ensure the quality of HR data in our HRIS landscape by performing internal HR data audits and seek helping our HR stakeholders to solve data issues and challenges related to their business query/activity.
- Oversee any enhancement(s) required for our HRIS environment by coordinating between our HR stakeholders (AXA IM and Group HR) + IT stakeholder (IAM and AXA GO).
- Ensure that our HRIS environment is compliant with all our Security and Data Privacy requirements (Group and AXA IM ones).

HRIS Projects
- Review HRIS needs for HR in connection with HR processes (learning, performance & talent, recruitment and onboarding).
- Conduct business analysis to identify and address the business need by specific projects or set of activities.
- Contribute or Lead Request for Proposals (RFP’s) for any new system proposals.
- Contribute or Lead implementation of new HR systems ensuring stakeholder management from various hierarchical level including Internal HR stakeholders (Sponsors, Subject Matter Experts, IT, Compliance and Legal assessors and Group HR stakeholders).

HR Reporting
- Design and produce ad hoc and recurring extracts, reports, dashboards and KPIs for internal or external stakeholders (Executive management, HR, Business Heads of, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Group HR, etc.).
- Provide support and contribution to collect data for HR reporting purpose/initiative and business need (RFP teams)
- Contribute to ad-hoc business analysis on Recruitment, Learning and Performance. Possible other fields as well.
- Be proactive in the improvement of our analytical capability and capacity.

**Votre profil**:
**Experience and Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Project Management expertise (certification with one major methodology is plus).
- Change Management expertise (certification with one major methodology is plus).
- Business Analysis capacity reinforced by an analytical mindset.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and its interdependencies.
- Ability to speak and write fluently English is mandatory + a second language (French if possible).
- Very good level on Pack Office software (Excel & Power Point) + Office 365 (Outlook and Teams).
- Experience with one of the following HRIS service supplier would be a valuable asset: Oracle HCM modules for Performance, Talent, Core HR + Oracle Taleo for Talent Acquisition, Cornerstone for Learning and e-Days for time & absence management.

Experience
- Experience in the investment management industry would be an advantage although not essential.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Be able to demonstrate HR best practice through development and evolution of HRIS landscape and associated business processes.
