**ABOUT D-EDGE**: Have you ever booked a hotel online ? Then you’ve probably used D-EDGE without knowing it. Every day, we help more than 17,000 hotels worldwide to develop their online visibility and sales through a range of SaaS and digital marketing solutions. Amongst the 480 D-EDGERs, the R&D team is made up of a hundred or so enthusiasts who are reinventing hotel booking for both the traveller and the hotelier. An independent subsidiary of the Accor group, D-EDGE helps both independent hotels and hotel chains. **ABOUT THE TEAM**: - The team works with industry leaders to build the most complete and open payment offering on the market. - Our R&D (200 people based in Paris, Barcelona, Bordeaux, and Nantes) has developed a culture where agility and team spirit are at the service of innovation. We keep a "startup" spirit with autonomous teams of 3 to 8 people who are focused on a product theme with a great freedom of innovation and experimentation. - The Payment & Checkout team is composed of a Sr. Product Manager and a team of 4 experienced developers based in Paris. Your manager will be the Sr. Product Manager of the team. **THE MISSIONS**: - As the Product Management Intern of the Payments & Checkout team, your role will be to support the Sr. Product Manager in the smooth running of the team's topics and the launch of our new product D-EDGE Pay. **1. D-EDGE PAY**: - Follow-up of customer migrations to this new product - Improvement of the onboarding process - Validation of accounts at activation - Collaboration with Account Managers, feedback, identification of improvement points **2. PSP CONNECT**: - Follow-up of PSP partnerships - Follow-up of customer migrations, upgrades - Documentation **3. PRODUCT & OPERATION**: - Follow-up of product operations (creation of JIRA tickets, backlog, specification writing,...) - Participation in team rituals (Daily, Grooming, Demo, Planning, Retro) **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Good level of English (read / spoken / written) - Good organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Rigor and sense of work well done - Autonomy 1/ HR Interview - 2/ Interview with the Product Manager And welcome to D-EDGE :) **Please be aware that we will be asking for work references.** - D-EDGE is an equal opportunity employer.
