Kilian Paris, the namesake brand from Kilian Hennessy’s heritage, has embodied audacious luxury and timeless festive sophistication since 2007.

Today, the brand is recognised for its blockbuster niche creations such as Love Don’t be shy, Good Girl Gone Bad and social media obsession Angel’s Share.

The brand is part of Estee Lauder Companies.

The Global Director Product Development & Marketing drives global marketing and product development, overseeing concept creation, fragrance development with founder, packaging to strengthen brand equity and international growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global marketing and product development strategy to strengthen brand positioning in the luxury fragrance segment.
- Lead end-to-end product development: from concept creation and olfactory development to packaging, launch plan, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present launch results to executive leadership with insights making recommendations for next steps
- Manage launch calendars and budgets to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering creativity, agility, and brand advocacy.
- Liaise with all teams to ensure narrative consistency on every touchpoints

**Qualifications**:

- 10 years’ relevant experience in Cosmetics/Beauty product development and global marketing
- Strong ability to innovation, creation and to think out of a frame
- Knowledge of global consumer trends and socio-cultural climates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and team player
