As a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert, you will join our TA team in Paris, led by Alix, our Global TA Director and Head of DE&I.

You will also act as Project Manager as we build and strengthen our TA capabilities.

You will ensure we attract and hire the best talent while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities:
TA operations

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and provide guidance on the best hiring practices

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and tools, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals

TA Project Management

Strengthen and develop our Equativ reputation and Employer branding on the market

Diversity & Inclusion : contribute to build policies and programs around DE&I

**Preferred profile**:

- You have a minimum of 6 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Fluent in English, you have an international experience or background
- Ideally fluent in Spanish or German
- Broad experience with different ATS, recruitment and communication tools
- Project Management experience highly preferred
