**Description**

Are you a student looking for an end-of-year internship within a fast-growing international environment and wanting to build your expertise in project management?

As a CSE Project Manager Intern, you will join and support Fortinet’s highly skilled CSE team in charge of advising on various aspects (design, planning, installation, etc.) of technology / product solutions for Fortinet’s clients. You will be able to benefit from working with experienced engineers who will guide and mentor to fast-track your professional growth. You will also be able to develop your skills in project management, key stakeholder communications, research, and reporting.

**Mission**

Assist with management of workflow from clients (sales) for projects under the CSE leadership:

- Time optimization - elimination of unclear/blurred/drifting scope.
- Uniform and single point of communication for designated projects.
- Managed expectations for clients (Sales dept.).
- Customer communication
- Scope and functionality definition agreements Progress, risk assessment, milestone forecast and reporting.
- Manage and steer EBC operations.
- Interact with Marketing Management to accommodate demand stream.
- Consult with CSE team Managers to map availability of suitable expert resources.

Executive communication and reporting to increase visibility over CSE team activities and pipelines:

- Progress reports and updates to Vice P + Management.
- Early-warning when delays/obstacles envisaged.
- Signaling of upcoming project milestones.
- Real-time resource load overview (capacity [yes/no] to absorb priority situations).
- Up to date material exploitation / availability forecasting.
- Visible ‘closure’ of each project once completed.

**Requirements and Profile**

**Background and Experience**:

- Some Project exposure / training
- Some affinity with technology (not necessarily IT security)
- Confident to (participate in) a live presentation to unknown audience
- Good skills in Excel (formulae, charts...)
- Good organizational skills
- Resourceful - Able to adjust to 'undocumented' situations

**Education**:

- Student in final year of Master 2 (in management or related) or MBA.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) - any other language is a plus.
