**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentor the DevOps and Infrastructure team to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
- Grow the team by developing the existing members as well as leading the Hiring initiatives to ensure the right team composition is met.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline the team's DevOps process and improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Work closely with other colleagues such as Architects, Software Engineers, Security, and QA engineers to accelerate the development of our agile teams by supporting and encouraging their autonomy through DevOps culture.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure that our cloud infrastructure is always up and running.

**Qualifications**:
**Desired Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related work experience.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying large-scale cloud solutions on public clouds (Ideally AWS).
- Strong experience with infrastructure automation tools and processes.
- Evangelizing and implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Monitoring best practices to the platform teams and the enterprise
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing teams of DevOps and Infrastructure engineers.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a cloud environment.
- Solution-oriented, systematic thinking and acting are your trademarks.
- A passion for new challenges in a changing environment
