You join the Chief Operating Office (COO) - General Secretariat of the Credit Risk department, a department with about 200 people as Project management coordinator. The General Secretariat team is composed of 5 people and you intervene in a context of departure on maternity leave from their manager. The management function of the secretariat will be taken over by the head of the Chief Operating Office of Credit Risk.

On a daily basis, your duties are to:

- Participate in projects of a cross-functional nature, such as the realization of analyses and summaries on specific topics for front-office, risk or senior management populations;
- Follow up relations with the modeling teams of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and model validation (Model Risk Management), including but not limited to model monitoring and reviews, Risk Appetite Framework updates, stress tests, etc.;
- Conduct communication and training actions on processes related to credit risk management;
- Assist other members of the secretariat in monitoring and developing the credit decision process.

As a project management coordinator in a cross-functional team, you work with the various teams in the Credit Risk department and with the front office and other support functions (Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, Operations etc.)

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

With a higher education in finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in credit risk management, audit or general inspection functions.

You are familiar with:

- The principles of credit analysis and processes;
- Regulatory requirements associated with credit risk;
- The usual office tools.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Able to get involved strongly and quickly on one or more new topics in parallel;
- Very good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Comfortable with working in a team and cross-functional environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
