AXA Corporate Center’s main missions are to:

- Steer the entities in order to ensure the coherence of the strategies, the consistency of the commercial approaches as well as the optimization of the risks and results;
- Defining and coordinating Group policies, different transversal projects and standards, identifying and sharing best practices;
- Supporting the entities in order to help them to grow, to develop their offer, their management and steering standards as well as their risk management.

The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in Paris La Défense Majunga, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters is composed with over 850 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).

**Management Presentation**:
Group Risk Management develops the risk framework in terms of limits/thresholds (financial, insurance and operational risks), standards, minimum requirements or processes, and oversees the operating entities’ adherence to the framework, supported by the local risk management teams. Risk management is coordinating the second line of defence.

Within the central Risk Management function of the AXA Group, you will join the Group Internal Control (IC) management team which follows and monitors the implementation of a common internal control framework within AXA covering more than 50 entities worldwide and around 40 000 controls.

**Main purpose**:
This role will be focused on administrating and improving the Group IC reporting process based on Azure Data Factory, Power BI technologies and AXA IC Entreprise Risk Management (ERM) Tool adapted to AXA risk and control framework.

**Core activities**:
Using Azure Data Factory / Databricks and PowerBI coding, the intern will implement the programs to load and transform data on Azure Platform and build reports allowing the Group Internal Control team to monitor the performance of Internal Control environment at AXA.

Reporting process and Data Visualisation
- Improve the existing Reporting by:

- Maintaining the existing reports library and providing Group IC Team with relevant reports
- Enhance Report performance
- Documenting or updating documentation on IC reporting processes
- Develop the IC reporting process by identifying, with the Group IC team, areas for improvement and implementing changes when required for simple and reliable reports:

- Definition and creation of new reports
- Automatization of repetitive actions
- Transform the existing diagram of relational tables to a star/snowflakes schema
- Carry the existing reports to our new solution based on Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Extract, Transform and Load the sources files
- Develop the new star schema
- Develop the reports based on this schema

Data Quality
- Implement and perform data quality checks to ensure the quality and reliability of the reporting:

- On the central data published through Group Libraries in ERM tool
- Data reconciliation between ERM tool raw data and Powerbi reports
- Building Data Quality checks for information coming from entities

**Votre profil**:
**Technical and professional skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Excel VBA and Power query
- Knowledge of Power BI (M, Dax, Data visualization)
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Precise, analytical, and well organized
- General IT knowledge
- General Relational Database Management System knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Databrick appreciated
- Knowledge of audit and/or internal control appreciated
- Action-oriented, delivery-focused mindset
- Autonomous and pro-active

**Communication skills**:

- Effective communication oral and written in English and French

**Experience**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
