We are looking for a future Business Analyst in Marketing, passionate about project management, to join our Business Operations team and contribute to the growth of Digital Virgo.

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of numerous digital projects. Your mission will be to manage and ensure the progress of projects.
- ** Ensure Market Growth**:

- Identify key market characteristics and benchmark.
- Monitor KPIs using DATA & Marketing tools, analyze daily in detail, and identify key factors to optimize performance with marketing and technical teams.
- Work on improving statistical reports and their models.
- Collaborate with digital acquisition teams to optimize and achieve objectives.
- Work with the product team to communicate the launch of new services and the evolution of existing services.
- Create materials to be shared with partners/prospects/clients.
- Drive projects from the initial concept to delivery. Ensure communication and regular updates with stakeholders (Business, Technical, Marketing) on the progress of the projects.
- ** Operational Management**:

- Analyze, measure performance, and assess return on investment.
- Analyze the market and recommend optimization/improvement actions.
- Lead iterative test and learn phases.
- Configure necessary settings on the company's tools.
- Produce the necessary reports and presentations related to the various projects.

**Qualifications**
- You have a Bac+5 degree (business school, university).
- You have some experience in project management.
- You have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, and good communication abilities.
- German is your native language.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are curious and open-minded.

**Additional Information**
- Salary: 35K - 40K + Profit Sharing
