**MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS**
The service holder shall manage the detail engineering activities performed by:

- the EPsCm CONTRACTOR for Detailed Design of HVO Gas Plant project
- the Thermal Oxidizer vendor, including integration and interfaces management,
The service holder shall also manage the integration of the BioSMR including interfaces management.
The Company representative shall be the HVO Pas Plant project Manager. The engineering services management oversees supervising Project engineering team composed of discipline engineers.

**ACTIVITIES**
1.To consolidate project basis of design and technical referential adapted to the project in order to ensure their consistency with project objectives, local regulation, site specificities and permitting requirements
2.To supervise EPsCm contract detailed engineering and Thermal oxidizer design studies
3.To manage a multi-disciplinary technical team efficiently and in a good working atmosphere (disciplines involved are Process, Safety Engineering, Piping, Mechanical, E&I and Tel, Structure, Civil, etc...)
4.To coordinate regular meetings with Engineer discipline engineers (weekly, monthly)
5.To define and monitor key performance indicators for engineering activity and contribute to regular reporting to management (COPIL)
6.To ensure that the design of the Plant meet the requirements of the Specifications, SOR and HSE concept
7.To ensure quality of all disciplines as well as the quality of the deliverables provided by the EPsCm contractor and Thermal Oxidizer Vendor
8.To coordinate and participate to design and safety reviews
9.To contribute and participate to Project Reviews and resolution of findings related to engineering matters
10.To supervise resolution of Review actions in a timely manner
11.To ensure that design is fit for purpose, optimized and cost effective with no over design
12.To address and coordinate treatment of deviation requests to COMPANY referential
13.To participate to technical clarification and evaluation of Equipment supply and Construction works contracts
14.To manage interfaces between main contracts (EPsCm, Thermal Oxidizer, HPU), and other entities such as HQ, PLM (La Mède) entities, third party notified bodies
- The main technical challenges are:

- Manage value engineering and mini-CAPEX approach
- Ensure consistency between EPsCm contractor studies, other parties involved and site conditions for process and utilities
- Ensure that design follows inherently safe by design principle as per project driver

**CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT**
The service holder shall develop and maintain good relationships with Contractors, Partners, Vendors and Project Team.
The service holder shall support and coordinate efficiently contributions from Engineering team and efficient communication with EPsCm contractor team.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Expertise: Engineer graduate, or equivalent
- Expertise: Minimum 10 years of expertise in engineering. This shall include a proven expertise in project engineering, Oil and Gas, refining processes, process safety management and brownfield projects.
- Expertise within project: FEED and detailed design, knowledge of the client and Company referential would be plus.
