In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing and refining Charging-as-a-Service — a pioneering, cloud-native platform set to advance telecom charging systems. Your mission will be to engineer a highly scalable, multi-tenant charging engine that can manage global transaction volumes, helping service providers transition from setup to monetization at unprecedented speed. Additionally, you'll develop tools utilizing natural language processing and machine learning to design, test, and deploy new plans with unmatched agility and precision.

- Initial Screening: Brief questions to verify your basic qualifications.
- Demonstrate Your Aptitude: A 15-minute cognitive test (Criteria CCAT) to showcase your learning agility.

- Engage with Leadership: Participate in a 30-minute interview with our Engineering leadership team.

**What you will be doing**
- Architecting and deploying Charging-as-a-Service with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Creating tools harnessing natural language processing and machine learning to simplify plan creation and management.
- Utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools to boost development efficiency and solve intricate technical challenges.
- Collaborating with a global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade solutions.

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Mundane Repetition: We minimize tedious infrastructure tasks, allowing you to concentrate on crafting innovative solutions.
- Excessive Meetings: We prioritize your coding expertise over meeting attendance. Expect more developing, less discussing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize telecom charging solutions that facilitate swift monetization and infinite scalability.
- Implement AI-powered features to streamline workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
- Proven experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and AWS.
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
