Our company creates **hydrogen systems** which are incorporated on different types of **vehicles **(cars, trucks, boats ). We are now expanding our activities and we are in a **hyper-growth phase **

Established in 2010, Symbio is now a **joint venture 50/50 between Michelin** and **Faurecia**. Thanks to our collaborators, we are developing our activities in a highly **competitive environment. **Indeed, the management in our company is based on three points**: trust, engagement, and proximity.**

Today, we are looking for our Program Project Product Director M/F. You'll be responsible of a program here in Symbio ; you'll need to **manage a team** to permit the **good realization** of the project and be the garantor of **our added value to our customer.
**Your missions**:

- Lead directly a team of **different engineers** to permit the **project achievement**
- Lead program team as **cross-functional** **manager**_ _**_(engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and sales)_ to exchange about the **customers' needs **and the progress of the project to make **concrete decisions and solutions**:

- Set goals of the **programs **in link with the **company's strategic objectives**:

- Manage **profitability **and **financial targets** as well as the budget _(Operating Income, cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfronts )_
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** by creating and maintaining a long-term and strategic **relationship **_(timing, quality, costs, product and process performances)_
- Ensure compliance** code of ethics **and code of management and escalate issues non-compliance items** according to guidelines**

**Qualifications and skills**:

- You have a **master's degree **in engineering or in business administration.
- You already have an **experience **in** System Engineering** or **Quality** **or **Manufacturing **in **Automotive sector**. (Car manufacturer/Tier)
- You have the ability to develop **strong customer relationships **at senior level
- You have an **experience in budget control** and **profit enhancement**:

- An **International **experience **would be nice to have
- You have a **program management** knowledge
- **English fluent is necessary**
