DESCRIPTION

Based in Paris, you are joining the Paris key city marketing team. This team will be accountable for:

- Humanizing our brand through partnerships with key communities, athletes, and athletes* that move our world forward through movement
- Engaging members 365 with a focus on activity (movement), connections (relationships), and purpose -optimizing key membership critical metrics and bringing the magic of Nike to life on the ground for the members who love usthe most
- Owning targeted brand extensions that feed off specific city insights.
- Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant insights that can scale.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

We embrace discipline and consistency, so we can keep our incredible dedication to serving athletes*.As a Paris Sports Performance Marketing Intern (Agile) you are part of the Paris Brand Management function, reporting directly to the Paris Sports Performance Marketing Manager. Your core duties will include:

- Identifying the people & organizations that best align to our brand values and can serve as the human face of our brand on the ground in Paris
- Establish operational actions & strategic activities around key launch plans; be a key support around seeding plans and product management for our athletes*
- Fueling the Paris team with trends and consumer needs in Paris Gathering structured and continuous consumer & member insights to allow us to better serve members in Paris, and to feedback to EMEA/Global to help longer-term & seasonal concepts
- Support the team during photoshootings and events around strategic marketing campaigns
- Reporting: work closely with the team to deliver brand recap after all strategic campaign and key stories
- Be in a position to support the team on administrative/operational tasks Agile roles are intended to create the flexibility required in the organization.

This role is agile in a few key ways:

- The role goes across all sports performance dimensions, sport &cultural moments, and new areas that may not exist, or we do not support yet. This allows us to be flexible and to remain fully committed to adapting at the pace of our consumers, to ultimately serve them better. Your curiosity to identify budding dimensions of sport or lifestyle in the city will help drive the success of this agile set-up.
- As brand-defining concepts emerge from Global/EMEA, having an impact in the cities that shift trends, this role may support in executing local extensions of such key concepts

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In this role, you will work fluidly across the full city marketing team, including aligning on roles & responsibilities within the Brand Management function and working with cross-functional partners to bring the team’s vision to life for our members in the city. You will report directly to the Paris Sports Performance Marketing Managers, but will also support agile Marketing Specialists on bespoke projects.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:

- Student with Bac +4/5 minimum
- Prior experience in sport is preferable with a desire to better connect on all dimensions of sports performance and lifestyle.
- A demonstrable understanding of the consumer, the city, and Nike’s position within it is a plus.
- Appetite for digital content-demonstrate knowledges of the digital Gen Z Gen Alpha ecosystem (social media, apps, consumer journey etc.. )
- Interpersonal skilled
- Creative, adaptable and curious
- Proficiency in French and English.
