**CDD - Product Manager / Digital Farming - Seed EMEA (W/M)**

We have an opportunity for a Product Manager in CDD to join our team to help create the world’s largest digital agriculture platform and ecosystem to bring new innovation and product offerings to farmers and enterprises.

**Your Seat at the Table**:
This role will be a critical part of the Climate Corporation’s Product team focused on digital ag seed products that deliver unique user value through seed selection, pairing, placement, and density recommendations. This role will be focused on enabling Bayer seed business in EMEA, leveraging Climate science and FieldView functionality, and ultimately driving revenue of Bayer’s seed business.

You are the “conductor of the orchestra” when it comes to supporting our business models.

**Your Impact**:
**Digital product management**:

- Plan, coordinate and communicate the development/progress of the seed placement program with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Science, DMP, local teams, regional Venture team (e.g: Customer Experience and Marketing) and Business support functions in EMEA.
- Plan, coordinate and communicate the development/progress of the Enrollment tool to ensure proper pre/commercial launch of tailored solutions in EMEA concerning Seed/Crop Protection/Digital products
- Collaborates with the business to understand grower pain points/goals and record them in a program requirements document
- Lead and facilitate a number of interactions with technical and business stakeholder groups to identify requirements and gaps to drive successful backlog refinement and sequencing to support business use cases
- Collaborates with Experimentation Product Manager if/when front-end SaaS (software as a service) required
- Define program metrics to ascertain program effectiveness to fuel changes and enhancements in future interactions of the pilot

**Business Engagement and Strategy alignment**:

- Acts as a central point of contact in the development and strategy of regional New Business Models and across Climate R&D
- Assists in quantifying and communicating the value of pilots with Climate and to Bayer

**User adoption and UX management**:

- Support the field teams to enable field trials and the overall success of field pilots.
- Actively work and connect with growers and dealers to collect feedbacks and learn from their experience how we can perfect the seed experience.
- Understands the entire customer experience and collaborates with the appropriate stakeholders to design and build a solution

**Who you are**:
Agro engineer or equivalent (Bac+5)

Experience: leaving school or 2 years of experience in project management

Skills: Office suite, Knowledge of project management, Mastery of project management tools (Jira) desired,

Fluency in English
