Software Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Software Project Manager contributes to design, management, monitoring and delivery of a variety of software implementation projects for Alteia customers, liaising with the Development, Product, Sales and Administration teams. Project scopes may include specific deployments, AI model engineering projects, new features, and proof-of-concept oriented projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Proposals and Response to Tenders:

- Read written requirements and understand them considering the overall client context.
- Write project technical proposals along with the Product team, Solution
Architects and the Sales team.

- Project Planning:

- Develop detailed project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and
resource requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including software engineers, AI experts,
product managers.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure clear
communication among team members.

- Budget Management:

- Monitor project expenses and ensure they stay within the approved
budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency.

- Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen
challenges.

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout.

- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for
improvement.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Compute and report key project indicators.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field,
- Experience: Proven experience (2y) and success in project management implying multiple aspects of software development (infrastructure, DevOps, back-end, front-end,UX/UI, product management) or proven experience (5y) and success as a member of a software project team and willingness to develop Project Manager skills,
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, software, AI
and computer vision technologies,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Customer relationship management skills,
- Strong leadership and team management skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Committed, rigorous, autonomous. Persistent for the purpose of succeeding,
