En tant que Juriste Confirmé, vous intervenez au sein d'une équipe de 3 personnes et êtes rattaché à la Directrice Juridique.

Vous êtes en charge de répondre aux problématiques des opérationnels en Europe. Vous rédigez et négociez l'ensemble des contrats d'affaires. Vous implémentez la politique compliance du Groupe, assurez le suivi des sociétés et le contentieux.

Your missions will be:

- Advise on and deal with day-to-day questions from the various departments of the company,
- Draft, review, prepare and where necessary negotiate international sales and sourcing contracts,
- Advise on and deal with disputes and litigation in relation with external counsel,
- Follow-up on corporate law issues with external counsel and maintain accurate company records,
- Contribute to implementing the company's worldwide compliance program and participate in monitoring legal compliance developments in the region,
- Contribute to the general goals of the legal department, such as creating legal awareness, drafting and keeping up to date templates and Q&A's and contribute to the knowledge management,
- Demonstrate ability to work across countries, business units and functions to ensure that there is consistency and that the needs of your internal clients are understood and satisfied.

You have at least 5 years of experience in an international Legal Departement or law firm.

You are graduated from a master 2 minimum in international business law, contract law.

You are flexible and have practiced in french, italian or danish law.

Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Juriste.
