Le Graduate Program est un dispositif d’intégration et de développement des potentiels, qui vise à préparer un vivier d’encadrants d'équipes de vente pour nos établissements, sur la France entière.
Ce parcours vous permet d’évoluer vers des fonctions Chef de Groupe confirmé ou de Chef des Ventes VN, poste à forte dimension managériale.
En tant que Graduate Program Chef de Groupe Véhicules neufs, vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Participer à l’animation de l’équipe autour d’objectifs de qualité, de fonctionnement, et de rentabilité.
- Participer à l’organisation et au contrôle de l’activité vente. Rechercher en permanence à améliorer l’efficacité des ventes.
- Accompagner les conseillers commerciaux sur le terrain.
- Aider le Chef des ventes à fixer aux vendeurs et aux agents les objectifs de volume de vente, de rentabilité, de pénétration dans le marché, et de qualité de service et commenter les résultats.
- Faire appliquer les actions commerciales.
Durant ce parcours, vous découvrirez et assimilerez tous les fondements (du Commerce Après-vente, du Management, de la Communication, etc.) pour accéder à un poste à responsabilités.
**Notre enjeu : faire de vous nos managers de demain.**
**Formations recommandées** : Bac +5 école de commerce ou université.
**Connaissances** : outils informatiques (pack Office), technique commerciale, l'organisation des flux et des horaires, la réglementation hygiène et sécurité.
**Expérience** : vente ou commerce automobile, management.
**Aptitudes**:
- Génériques : confidentialité/discrétion, loyauté, intégrité, esprit d’équipe, curiosité d’esprit, identification des problèmes, exigence, confiance en soi, sens critique, sens politique.- Managériales : piloter et animer une équipe, développer son équipe, esprit de décision, communication managériale.- Métier : classement d’informations, rigueur, esprit de synthèse, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’initiative, capacité d’adaptation, communication, capacité d’écoute, sens du client, stratégie d’influence.
Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.
