Proclinical are recruiting a CRA, France for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in France. The client is focused on providing consistent novelty to quicken the general implementation of clinical trials.
**Responsibilities**:
- Guarantee effective communication between investigational sites and both internal/external shareholders.
- When needed, you will operate on project work and initiatives for process improvement.
- Independently supervise various sites, which involves RBM.
- Contribute to investigator meetings when needed.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a pharmacy, life science or similar discipline.
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO establishment.
- At least 1 year of experience with independent clinical monitoring.
- Familiarity with oncology trials.
- Fluency in the English and French languages.
- Comprehension of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical vocabulary.
- Comprehension of implementing GCPs and suitable SOPs.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Client oriented.
- Interpersonal capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- An organised individual with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
- Works well both in a team and independently.
- Presentation capabilities.
