**ROLES ET RESPONSABILITES**:

- Pilotage du flux d’approvisionnement et de distribution des traitements à l’étude (y compris les produits inactifs) utilisés dans des programmes cliniques menés à l’international
- Organisation de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour le matériel médical et les tests biologiques indispensables à la conduite des essais cliniques à l’échelle mondiale
- Regroupement et suivi des besoins logistiques liés aux traitements en développement, au matériel clinique et aux analyses biologiques des études, avec élaboration d’un calendrier mensuel communiqué à la direction industrielle ainsi qu’aux partenaires externes
- Point de contact et de coordination entre les équipes cliniques et les différentes fonctions impliquées (pharmacie, libération des lots, assurance qualité, achats, juridique, réglementaire et prestataires)
- Rédaction et/ou supervision de la documentation de suivi logistique concernant les médicaments expérimentaux, les fournitures cliniques et les analyses biologiques (demandes d’envoi, retours, accusés de réception, etc.), ou gestion de ces activités en cas d’externalisation

**PROFIL**:

- Titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+5 en lien avec l'industrie pharmaceutique
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de l'approvisionnement clinique ou un domaine similaire
- Maîtrise des réglementations internationales relatives aux essais cliniques
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et à la prise de décision rapide
