**What will you do**:

- Independently execute data and analytics projects for our clients.
- Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analytics.
- Support teams in developing predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
- Translate analyses into compelling presentations.
- Communicate and interact with clients at the C-level.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
- Maintain and develop a commercial pipeline with partners and colleagues.

**What you will bring**:

- High-level engineering or commercial, academic background (Grande Ecole ou Université)
- 7+ years of professional experience in the advanced analytics domain with at least 2+ years at a project lead level.
- Theoretical and applied understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Expertise in Data and Analytics most used languages (Python, SQL, etc.)
- Exposure to Data Visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Big Data / Cloud Technologies, / Software engineering, and dev-ops best practices.
- Exposure to analytics for business functions such as operations, supply chain, pricing, marketing, and CRM is a plus.
- Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior executives to act on the advice.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and client relationships and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement to ensure the development of a commercial pipeline.
- Problem solver’s mindset, a pioneer at heart, eager to look beyond the obvious and get it done.
- Fluent in English and French
- Job-based in Paris and open to travel on project demand across Europe.
