**Description**:
Position based in Paris - Strong report to Data Analytics & Activation Director.
- We are in search of a hands-on, tech-savvy digital business analyst to take ownership of all business analysis for CRM.
In this role, the Data Analyst will play a key part in providing in-depth consumer behavior analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting our CRM campaigns to optimize consumer engagement and retention.
The CRM data analyst will work on a daily close collaboration with a Data Scientist already in position.

Key missions:

- Provide data analysis for the Regional EMEA CRM team & Regional Brands
- Leverage our consumer data to drive some analysis:

- Analyze consumers databases to better understand purchasing behavior, engagement patterns, and consumer journeys (existing buyers / new buyers / prospects) - End to end projects: from cross sources analysis with CMS and CDP data feeds to data analytics with data visualization in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Looker, Excel depending on the needs.
- Create complex consumer segments based on predictive models with dedicated flags, to personalize CRM campaigns and maximize marketing impact
- Identifying High-Performing Recruitment Channels:

- Analyze and compare the performance of various consumer acquisition channels.
- Identify the most effective sources for acquiring high-value buyers
- Follow up of Business KPIS: Retention, Repeat, Recruitment, and analyze by brands and markets. Provide a visualization with scorecards and metrics evolution in dashboarding tools.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on insights
- Perform deep analysis to support the Brand's requests: analysis per Category x Brand x Affiliate, mixing sources of data on big query.
- Conduct product analysis (best-sellers, top categories, product demand patterns) and share with the EMEA CRM Team & Regional Brands (online & offline)
- Consolidate adhoc consumer analysis for special activations (e.g, Black Friday)
- Contribute to data-driven projects aimed at improving the consumer experience and business performance.
- Provide business performance reviews - monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

Business KPIs & Metrics:

- CRM revenues
- Conversion rate & AOV
- 3Rs (recruitment, retention, repeat)
- ROI

Key-Stakeholders/ This role will interface with:

- Regional Data team
- Regional CRM team
- Regional brands

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a CRM or marketing environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Braze)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver clear and actionable insights. Mastering another language is a plus.
- Highly organized, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
