Biomedical Data Engineer

Located in Huningue, its head office includes more than 2000 m2 of R&D and production laboratories.

To strengthen the R&D programs within our company, we are looking for a:
**BIOMEDICAL DATA ENGINEER**

**Responsibilities**:
Under the supervision of the Head of Regulatory affairs and Data Management, your main missions will be to:

- Manage and curate biomedical data in various formats including JSON, RDF, SQL and XML
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data
- Develop and implement automated data cleaning and curation tools to optimize data quality and integrity
- Manage biomedical databases and ensure their availability and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues that arise
- Stay current with new developments in biomedical data management and recommend new approaches as needed.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on biomedical data
- Solid understanding of JSON, RDF, and XML data formats
- Experience with programming languages such as R, SAS and SQL
- Knowledge of biomedical data and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of SDTM mapping and CDISC standards is an asset
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
