**Description de la mission**:
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous renforçons notre équipe Delivery et recrutons un Delivery Executive chargé de piloter des projets à engagement dans le secteur des Services Publics / Ministère & Collectivités.

Vos missions incluront:

- Avant-vente : Participer à des phases d’avant-vente dimensionnantes sur les comptes clients de votre portefeuille en collaboration avec le solution leader et le Bid manager.
- Delivery : Consolider une vision nationale du Delivery sur les comptes clients afin de travailler sur les optimisations et synergies possibles ; sécuriser le lancement de nos nouveaux projets ; participer aux instances de gouvernance client des principaux projets de votre périmètre
- Recovery : Contribuer opérationnellement à la sortie de recovery des projets le nécessitant.
- Transformation : Piloter et participer opérationnellement au déploiement de la stratégie et à la transformation de nos activités pour un compte client.
- Organisation : Contribuer à la mise en place d’une organisation permettant d’adresser les comptes clients de votre périmètre au niveau national.
- Relation client : En collaboration avec le Client Partner, porter les plans de transformation de notre delivery, en adressant notamment les CXO de nos clients.

**Profil**:
De formation supérieure (Bac + 3/5), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en Account Delivery Management/pilotage d’un compte au niveau Delivery dans un environnement de Services Publics, ou idéalement d'ESN, sur des projets au forfait ou en centre de services.

Vous possédez également:

- Une expérience en ingénierie et/ou réalisation industrielle complexe, idéalement dans les services publics.
- Un niveau d'anglais technique nécessaire.

Une attention particulière sera portée sur les soft skills : communication (orale, écrite et non-verbale, écoute active), compétences interpersonnelles (travail en équipe, coordination, gestion de conflit, fiabilité, flexibilité, politesse...), leadership (responsabilité, prise de décision, négociation, intelligence émotionnelle...), compétences intrapersonnelles (attitude positive, éthique, gestion du temps, gestion du stress, confiance en soi, résilience).
