**Your role**:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our EMEA Regional Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager for cosmetics market segment.

You will be part of cosmetic sub-team and responsible for co-creating and execution of regional marketing activities based on global/regional marketing and go-to-market strategies.

You will be responsibles for the preparation of campaigns, Demo Tools and new product introductions in joint cooperation with InA and MarCom, potentially jointly with customers.

You will organize the Customer Workshops and Fairs cross the region in cooperation with MarCom and the Sales organization.

You will gather and analyze customer segmentation to gain in-depth insights on local/regional preferences.

You will a nalyze the past performance of campaigns and report on key findings to improve marketing effectiveness will be included to gain the best Return on Investment (ROI).

It is also an opportunity to consult (key) account managers on regional/local insights, trends and market dynamics to respond in the best manner.

You will evaluate end-to-end customer experience across offline and digital platforms and customer touchpoints and manage regional/local internal and external communication platforms and channels as well as third-party providers.

Overall Regional Manager is to maintain in-depth knowledge of regional/local industry, market and marketing trends to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
