In our Finance Team for South West Europe, we are a team of professionals committed to delivering accurate financial insights, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth. We are now looking for a Financial Controller South-West Europe to join our dynamic team.

**About the job**
As Financial Controller for South-West Europe, you will report to the regional Finance Manager and collaborate closely with both local teams and the wider international organisation. Your key focus will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide insightful financial support to business decisions. You will:

- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Lead the month-end closing process and deliver timely, high-quality reports to Group
- Support budgeting and forecasting through data-driven financial insights
- Act as the main contact for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Group guidelines and local regulations
- Manage statutory reporting and compliance (VAT, payroll, corporate tax)
- Drive improvements in accounting, controlling, and reporting processes
- Proactively identify and escalate material risks or issues to management

**About you**
You are an analytical and hands-on finance professional who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative environment. You can balance multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on both detail and the bigger picture. We are looking for someonw with:

- At least three years’ experience in a financial controller role, preferably in an international setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (local GAAP and IFRS)
- Confidence in working with statutory reporting and audit processes
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Aaro
- High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative and solution-focused approach to problem-solving

You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in either French or Dutch is a strong advantage due to the regional scope of the role.
