Senior Graphic Adaptation Manager - CDD **Location**: Paris Join Coty as a Graphist Adaptation Manager, and you will get to work across different Brands Initiatives and task to cover the graphic adaptation side of the process in a great environment within a team where mutual aid and cooperation are the cornerstones. RESPONSIBILITIES We’re looking for a Graphic Adaptation Manager to join our Content Adaptation Bureau team, to fill in during one of our team members’ maternity leave. This temporary mission will ideally start as soon as possible and end the 18th of March 2025. This role consists in the transcreation of the Creative master files into "ready to use" content for POSM/Merchandising and covering Graphic Guidelines creations that will help the markets in their campaign development. Reporting to the Content Adaptation Director, you will get to work across different Brands Initiatives and task to cover this graphic adaptation side of the process **Your main focus**: Supporting Brands/ Merch & MMS Teams on master assets deliverables: - Training on graphic rules and printing process Developing all POSM documents for printing when relevant: - Control the consistency between the marketing brief and the cutting guides and brief the photoengraver - Manage color matching with marketing and our production partner - Control final documents before printing Developing all cropping guidelines for Media, Instore and Digital: - Adapt to several cropping’s the master and ensure brand consistency - Brief and control our production partner who Is finalizing the cropping Guidelines Ensuring follow up of the projects: - Fill In the tracking dashboard with all Initiatives, delivery dates and status of each project - maintain visibility on coming projects on the brands you are responsible for Working for Coty means celebrating the diversity of beauty. The team consists of 9 people under the responsibility of a Content Adaptation Director, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Global Marketing, Global Digital, Internal Creative studios, Creative Merchandising, production partners and external creative agencies. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like working with various stakeholders, as a Graphic Adaptation Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Master Adobe creative suits (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Have developed color proofing skills, color settings and you know the graphic and printing process Are fluent in French at a level close to native (written and spoken) and have a good level of English Are solution oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously Show great leadership skills and ability to argue, negotiate and debate with agility Have great organizational skills. Rigorous, you are reliable and dedicated You are flexible and have great interpersonal and communication skills, and you can explain technical terms in general terms to make them accessible to non-technical teams and stakeholders.
