Join our Intercompany Financial Solutions & Analytics Team as a Junior Process & System Controlling Analyst and you can help make it happen.

You will contribute to the functional autonomy of Opella, supporting the team in day-to-day operations (as backup and reinforcement) and drive continuous improvement

Within the Global Business Services organization, you will join the team IFSA = Intercompany Financial Solutions & Analytics : this is a global organizational unit covering:

- the definition and management of Intercompany financial and operational framework over the world ;
- the realization of those intercompany transactions ;
- the production of related analytics & deliverables.

Reporting solid line to the IFSA Controlling Process & Data Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Documenting process and systems in the frame of IFSA activities
- Contributing to process and systems continuous improvement and contribute to projects (qualification, prioritization, validation, delivery follow-up)
- Acting as key user for the IT tools used in IFSA Finance team

Main responsibilities:

- Process and systems:

- Foster generation of ideas for improvements with the whole team

Manage change requests according to the governance and related tools

Contribute to the phases from users requirement to delivery : design, build, UAT, deliver, train
- Identify the updates and control consistency of Master Data in systems/tools : GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Management Centers, Trading Partners, Material
- Provide support to the IFSA controlling team during intercompany booking process
- Key user for systems
- Contribute to projects for implementation of any new reporting / tool

Analyze the processes with the team & the partner for optimization purpose

Define an action plan with teams

Implement relevant tools or new processes

Assess & communicate about the benefit
- Support and train IFSA Finance members

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data, accounting, or a related field (university or business school)
- With a first experience in accountancy / finance reporting and or in project management
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI knowledge/experience
- Knowledge on SAP finance module would be a plus
- Fluent in English and in French as we are working in an International environment
- Business Partnering mindset, service oriented and able to work transversally
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis of data (financial and master data)
