In relation to the Media Agency Transition Across Europe, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- **
Market relationship & transition roadmap development in relation to the change of some Media agencies in Europe**
Build strong relationships with local Sephora markets and regional media teams to identify key milestones and requirements for the transition to the new media agencies in Europe. Develop tailored roadmaps and retro-planning per market, ensuring alignment on timelines, processes, and organizational structures.
- **
Transition monitoring & reporting**
Implement a structured tracking system to monitor progress against key milestones related to the change of some media agencies in Europe. Provide regular updates to ensure timely execution.
- **
Best practices sharing & onboarding support**
Develop and share best practices and onboarding materials to Sephora markets to accelerate agency knowledge. Ensure new partners quickly understand Sephora’s brand DNA, media objectives for 2026, strategic priorities, performance measurement tools, and operational rituals. Create and maintain a centralized repository of transition documentation, learnings, and reference materials to support transition and onboarding process.
- **
Internal & external coordination**
Actively participate in steering committees with new media agencies and other involved stakeholders. Facilitate alignment across all levels of the organization.
- **
Digital account transition**
Oversee the migration of Sephora’s digital media accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and track record data transferability.
- **
Local feedback consolidation**
Summarise feedback from local Sephora teams to identify next steps and opportunities. Share insights with agency leadership to drive continuous transition journey.
- **
Cross-agency collaboration**
Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing between agencies to encourage consistency across markets.
- **
Regional hub implementation**
Support the efficient setup of the new regional media coordination hub within the agency, ensuring it is fully operational and aligned with Sephora’s expectations.
- **
Campaign briefing & activation readiness**
Ensure the first 2026 media campaign briefs are clearly defined and that agencies are fully prepared for timely and effective activation for Q1&Q2, including notably Valentine’s Day, some COADs campaigns as well as for Mother’s Day.
- **
Cross-functional project deployment**
Contribute to the rollout of transversal initiatives within the new agencies, such as KPI frameworks, measurement tools and the consolidation of best practices

- **
- Master's degree in marketing or communications
- 10/15 years' experience in a media agency, or ideally with a distributor / beauty advertiser.
- Agile into media project management
- Good knowledge of the media landscape and organizational relationship with Media Agency.
- Strong analytical skills and a ROI mindset & Rigor and organization
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to deal with contingency situations
- Ability to adapt to different situations and people and to create well balanced and trusted relationship with local and Regional Sephora teams and other stakeholders.
- Good oral presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and International experience would be appreciated
- Comfortable with Pack Office: Excel and PowerPoint
