Provide Corporate Secretarial support to clients, responsible to monitor and ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies in France. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide company secretarial services to a range of French client companies. - Update and maintain all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents by ensuring all documents are updated (and being stored in Viewpoint or other platform for data integrity). - General administrative work and filing of documents upon request of the Team. - To support client communication on matters related to annual compliance to ensure service delivered to clients are up to certain standards with supervision.. **Key Requirements** - University degree in (French) law (preferably corporate). - Basic knowledge of corporate secretarial - Good computer skills (Words, Excel, Power point etc.) with experience/knowledge in GED system as an advantage. - Attention to details with a high degree of accuracy. - **Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.** **Benefits** - 50 € per month remote working allowance - Reimboursement 60% Passe Navigo - Meal lunch vouchers : 10,86 € per day (50% paid by the employer) - Lundi de Pentecôte offert - Christmas vouchers up to 180€ Bien-être au travail - GymLib subscription with lower prices - Social responsibility : child cancer race, a client a tree - Semaine QVT => quality of life at work - Regular team events : parties, Parc Asterix, International - Almost only international clients - Foreign languages courses available **Advertised**: 03 Sep 2024 Romance Daylight Time **Applications close**: 09 Oct 2024 Romance Daylight Time
