Descriptif du poste Missions: Il/Elle est responsable de toutes les activités techniques pour l activité Roues (Consultations / développements) pour les comptes OEM Français. Le Project Manager aura les principales missions suivantes: - Être l interlocuteur technique des OEM français - Transmettre et expliquer les demandes du client aux équipes techniques afin de préparer une réponse adaptée et être en mesure de prioriser les sujets. - Gérer la phase RFQ de ses projets incluant la responsabilité des revues techniques. - Participer aux réunions de retour d offre et de suivi de projet et apporter son support technique en cas de problème qualité ou de production. - Synthétiser les retours techniques pour les phases de consultation et partager avec les autres départements (commercial/qualité/logistique) les éléments afin d avoir une réponse cohérente. - Animer le développement du projet et le respect du planning. - Responsable des dossiers de validation (APQP) et de l obtention des accords de production (PSW, PPAP, ). - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et ingénierie de Dicastal pour l acquisition de nouveaux programmes ciblés. Profil recherché Profil: Il/elle aura une forte appétence technique et des compétences en gestion de projets et une bonne connaissance des circuits de décisions chez les constructeurs. ll/elle aura déjà travaillé en mode projet dans un environnement international avec des équipes interculturelles. Idéalement, il/elle aura une 1ère expérience de travail avec la culture asiatique. Adaptable, il/elle saura susciter le respect et la confiance en interne et auprès des clients. Anglais courant. Maîtrise des méthodologies projet (MS Project) et des outils informatiques.
