In this role, you would be primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing BaaN ERP systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customizations and enhancements according to customer specifications.
- Handle support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Provide consultancy to clients and deliver user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Conduct business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Perform pre-sales activities and support client management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in BaaN ERP implementation and support. Proficiency in BaaN ERP modules, including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Service. Strong technical skills, including Baan Tools 4GL, SQL queries, and report development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel internationally and relocate if required.
