**About the Role**:
Reporting to the SouthWest Marketing Director, you will lead the media, digital, and AI strategy for the region and oversee a team of 7 members.

**What You Will Do**:
**Provide Media & Digital Expertise**
- Offer expertise and vision on media and digital trends, including supporting the company’s AI initiatives within the region.
- Supervise A&P budget management across the region.
- Lead the creation of regional reports to analyze market performance in media and digital channels for regional management and the BU media/digital network.
- Gather and implement best practices across all marketing activities.
- Develop digital roadmaps and action plans aligned with country and global objectives.
- Explore new channels, technologies, and opportunities to maintain an innovative digital presence, including testing new digital opportunities.
- Assist marketing teams in planning, developing, and executing media and digital activities.

**Drive Media and Digital Business Processes**
- Lead regional media planning, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and budget flexibility.
- Manage annual commitments and optimize media/digital plans based on ROI and best practices.

**Develop AI Roadmap for the Region**
- Identify key business priorities where AI can serve as a key enabler.
- Collaborate closely with global teams on AI development projects.
- Establish consistent working practices for media/digital agencies across the region.
- Evaluate agency service levels, support improvements, and support buying efficiencies.
- Lead or support media and digital pitches as needed.

**Build Digital Capabilities**
- Support marketing teams with training and development based on the 70/20/10 model.
- Implement the company’s data strategy at regional level.
- Drive growth in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels in collaboration with business units.
- Ensure rollout and adoption of digital technologies like CDP and MMM within the marketing team.
- Participate actively in the AI initiatives led by business units.
- Promote collaboration between digital and e-commerce teams.

**Support Global/BU Projects Roll-out**
- Facilitate the deployment and utilization of global and BU projects and tools.

**Who You Are**:

- University Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Over 10 years of experience in media and digital marketing, with regional or local roles; FMCG experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data.
- Leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating international teams and excelling in top-tier communication.
- Diplomatic and trustworthy, with expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and organizational complexities.
- Demonstrated success in media negotiations, brand management across markets, and cross-cultural collaboration within a matrix structure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
