**Digital Innovation Manager - Your future role?**
As a Digital Innovation Manager in Paris, you will spearhead the discovery and strategic rollout of transformative digital solutions within a defined strategic theme ensuring measurable returns on investments. You’ll scout and shape new opportunities that elevate future ambitions while aligning with overarching business strategies. By forging close collaboration with internal experts and external partners, you will nurture a culture of continuous innovation—leveraging emerging technologies and trends to deliver tangible business impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll establish key performance metrics, track ROI, and strategically allocate resources to maximize value delivery by new models & products. As a forward-thinking leader, you’ll champion the development of cutting-edge digital products and business models, inspire cross-functional teams, and anticipate evolving market needs.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Innovation Leadership & Strategic Alignment_
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify emerging digital trends and innovative technologies, proposing new concepts and new digital business models to explore and experiment.
- Oversee the entire innovation lifecycle—from ideation and prototype development to product launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop compelling yet realistic strategies by strategy theme, ensuring measurable impact and business value
- Ensure alignment between digital innovation goals, overarching business objectives, and other relevant strategic initiatives.
- Communicate strategies, progresses, and impacts effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Portfolio management_
- Manage and monitor allocated budgets, maximizing returns on innovation investments through strategic resource allocation within a strategic theme
- Develop and monitor clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), for the strategic theme, and for the new products, models together with the product managers
- Methodology & Delivery_
- Ensure innovations are delivered by product teams, in alignment with defined objectives and methodologies
- Guide product managers and teams through the innovation process, defining clear success metrics and delivering impactful solutions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management_
- Engage with business partners to design solutions that meet organizational objectives
- Work closely with IT and innovation experts—such as tech specialists, data scientists, and designers—to leverage their expertise and create high-impact solutions.
- Serve as the functional manager and escalation point for product managers, guiding them in prioritizing and delivering on innovation initiatives.
- Work with IT partners to anticipate future connections and integrations

**You have**:

- Education & Experience_
- 10+ years of experience in digital innovation, digital commerce, technology, startup development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in industries such as FMCG, Chemistry, Luxury, or Consulting.
- Demonstrated success in driving ideation and exploratory initiatives
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact digital innovation projects from concept to scale.
- Proficiency in advanced innovation management methodologies and frameworks to develop, execute, and iterate digital product strategies (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile product development)
- Experience in designing and scaling new business models, including operating and financial models, budgeting, and risk management.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and large programs, including portfolio management driven by OKRs, metrics, and ROI.
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies (AI, LLMs,..)
