Human by nature. - As an **Account Coordinator** with Givaudan - the Global leader in the Fragrance and Flavour industry - you will: - Manage the operational execution for existing accounts in coordination with Account Managers and Operations to ensure customer needs are fully satised. - Execute daily operational tasks including order/load entry, scheduling, shipment tracking and tracing, status updates and problem resolution. - Identify issues, utilize resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions in coordination with Operations (Logistics, Manufacturing). - Partner with Account Managers to understand customer processes and identify optimization and upsell opportunities of products. - Optimize accounts and present results and strategies to Account managers. - Generate and maintain up-to-date and accurate account agreements, customer records and shipment documentation. - Respond to ad-hoc requests from management/clients on account related matters. - Attend sales meetings to stay up-to-date on developments within the sales organization. **You?** - Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
