What are we looking for?

OTIS is looking for his Communication business partner to develop strategic communications plans aligned with the vision of the company.

As a Communication business partner, you will have in charge:
- Strategic advice: Provide advice on topics such as social impact, reputation management, leadership messages, messages to employees, etc.- Deployment: Coordinate, communicate and distribute programs and messages across Otis, regional and market to ensure customer and employee engagement.- Custom Content writing: Write original and relevant content for market or leadership messages, websites, press releases, etc.- Liaison: Acts as a key point of contact and bi-directional channel to communicate between the Strategic Content and production and Personalization and Delivery groups.- Delivery: Ensure the coordination and delivery of communication initiatives and communication events projects.- Digital Chanel Management: Social media, employee communication, etc.). Manage the website and social media strategy for the country.- Social impact: Ensuring that social and environmental concerns and partnerships are identified, promoted and integrated into the activities and messages of the country

To be successful in this role:
- Graduate of higher education (communication or equivalent)- English speaking- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in an international company- Have experience in media communication and in crisis management- Have a taste of operational and know how to work on several projects with different stakeholders
