C'est pourquoi nous encourageons la diversité dans nos recrutements - Apportez la vôtre à Nexans, elle est la bienvenue **Organization** - Location: Lyon - Supervisor: to Direct report to head of Digital Product**Context** Nexans has initiated a major strategic orientation towards innovation to support its growth in value rather than in volume. - Within Corporate Innovation, Service and Growth Department, the Digital and Data Innovation Team oversees the development of new solutions leveraging on digital, analytics and AI technologies. - To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **PIM DAM Owner.** **Purpose** - The PIM DAM Owner is ultimately responsible of the PIM and DAM solutions for the Nexans Group.- From the deployment to the daily use by Nexans employees, the PIM DAM Owner is in charge of all the facets of the Digital Product factory.- PIM missions: - Build - Lead the Business Analysis with Nexans stakeholders - Co-build the group content strategy with the Head of Product and all stakeholders - Manage the PIM set-up with our integration partner (in English) in an Agile framework - Lead the data and content Migration for France first, then worldwide - Set-up the syndication channels with the resellers’ marketplace - Define the goals and KPIs with the Head of Digital Product - Run - Manage the TMA and prioritize evolution requests between the BUs and the PIM integrator - Be the interface with resellers marketplaces and the Nexans Business entities - Be the guardian of content quality (data, rich content and translations, assets) - Handle the workflows for Nexans employees - Lead the Live Support team - Ensure the PIM-DAM connexion - DAM missions: - Build - Define the Taxonomy and file naming convention for all Products assets in collaboration with our DAM expert partner - Automate the link between the DAM and the PIM with technical squad - Lead the content migration and indexation in collaboration with the DAM expert and the Librarian - Run - Manage the TMA with the DAM vendor - Be the entry point for the Brand Center team (using the DAM solution) for all functional requests - Be the guardian of indexation quality - Manage the Live Support team - Manage the Librarian **Area of responsibility** - Manage the PIM DAM team (Live Support + Librarian + DAM Expert) - Initiate internal communication actions, be recognized as the PIM and DAM group owner - Communicate on solution performance within the group and nurture the efficiency and business indicators - Multiply syndication actions - Handle the PIM/DAM roadmap - Work with the Brand Director and organize the Product&Brand Advocacy within the digital ecosystem. - Initiate and launch Digital Marketing Actions around for products and services - Be the main contact with the Master Data Management team and optimize data quality, updates automation and workflows - Collect user and customer insights via interviews and workshops to identify value-added features. - Understand user pain points and needs through qualitative research or quantitative data. **Profile**: - You are: - A Graduated Engineer, Master of Science Degree in computer science or Information systems, or a Business School graduate. - A person with 5-10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in a B2B environment. - You are customer and business oriented. - Fluent in English. - You have: - Knowledge of the world of digital services - You already manage PIM and DAM solution in an international context - A "doer" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing scale-up environment. - Thoughtful and a natural ability to get things done. You qualify as an "achiever." - Strong communication capabilities to facilitate dialogue between IT/technical teams and business or supply chain teams.- It would be a plus if you have: - Knowledge in data management - Digital Services and Digital Customer design experience. - Realization in AI project or ability to use Gen AI - Strong collaboration experience with industrial supply chain - Experience in digital transformatio
